- What is the minimum order at Sandstar Graphics?
- The minimum for screen printing and embroidery is 12 pieces. Need fewer? DTF and vinyl work well for single pieces and small runs, so a family, small team, or one-off gift is no problem. Pricing drops meaningfully at 24 pieces or more. Tell us your quantity and we will recommend the right method.
- How do I submit files for printing?
- You can email print-ready files to info@sandstargraphics.com. We accept PDF, AI, EPS, and high-resolution TIFF or PNG files. Files should be set up at 300 DPI with proper bleed (typically 0.125 inch) in CMYK colour mode. Not sure if your files are print-ready? Contact us and we will review them at no charge.
- How long does printing take at Sandstar Graphics?
- Standard turnaround time is 1.5 to 2 weeks after artwork is approved. Rush orders can often be accommodated depending on order size and complexity. Contact us as soon as possible for urgent requests. Large orders or specialty items may require additional lead time.
